In addition to my missions work, I do have a full time ministry position as the Pastor of Administration and the Arts at Grace Ev. Free Church in Fridley, MN.
As the Grace EFC Administrative Pastor I attempt to manage the staff and the facilities.  I oversee and coordinate the budgeting process with the staff as well as making sure we stay within our spending limits.

As the Pastor of the Arts, I conduct the Grace Chorale and Orchestra.  I plan the worship services and work with and rehearse the worship teams for each week.
We have a Children's Choir and I enlist the staff to direct that choir and I assist them as needed.
